We invest in businesses as principal and alongside both private investor groups and more traditional venture capitalists.
We look at a wide range of opportunities but with focus on particular sectors where we have more knowledge and experience. Our strategy is to invest in businesses where we can build strong partner relationships with the operational management team. We will use the skills and experience of the Orbis team to focus on the strategic development of the business and building shareholder value.
We are actively seeking businesses with Turnover £5m – 100m, for acquisition / investment in the following sectors:
