Orbis Advises Children’s Care Provider New Reflexions On Growth Funding
Orbis has advised the shareholders of New Reflexions on a multi-million-pound investment from Bridges Evergreen (“Evergreen”). New Reflexions is a specialist provider of dedicated care for young people with high acuity learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. The Orbis team leading the transaction was Shah Zaki, Peter Bull and Oliver Wadlow.
New Reflexions has a national reputation for providing outstanding care to vulnerable and challenging children. The business was established in 2007 and operates from 22 care homes in Shropshire, Cumbria and Scotland.
Evergreen – which is managed by specialist sustainable and impact investor Bridges Fund Management will support New Reflexions to roll-out its proven model to other regions, enabling it to work with more vulnerable young people. Evergreen have acquired a majority stake in the business.
Debt funding was provided by NatWest Bank. Legal advice to New Reflexions was provided by Richard Wilkey from Harrison Clark Rickerbys.
