Orbis Advises On Cross-Border Sale Of IT Infrastructure Specialist

Prestige Systems Ltd (Prestige), an IT infrastructure specialist based in Bromsgrove has been sold to US-headquartered Park Place Technologies (Park Place) for an undisclosed strategic price. The transaction was originated and led by Shah Zaki and Oliver Wadlow from Orbis Partners.

Prestige has over 28 years’ experience providing IT solutions and expertise in the data centre industry. Services include full project life-cycle management from design and implementation through to support and management.

Prestige’s nearly three decades of exemplary IT data centre service will complement Park Place’s world-class support model as we expand and grow our client base together throughout the UK, Europe, and beyond.
