Steph attended Keele University and obtained a 1st class degree in Accounting and Finance.
Following university, Steph spent five years at RSM in the audit and accountancy team and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015. Whilst at RSM Steph worked with manufacturing and technology clients with up to £200m turnover. She was also a charity and education sector specialist and was a key point of contact in her team.
Steph is also a member of the ICAEW Birmingham and West Midlands district society and helps to organise events for ICAEW members regionally as well as being co-editor of the societies bi-annual magazine Abacus. Prior to this Steph was Chairman of the Birmingham Chartered Accountants Students’ Society organising networking events for ACA students across the Midlands. In her spare time, Steph enjoys participating in and organising events for charity, recently completing the Birmingham Half Marathon and Movember foundation 10k as well as organising The Great Orbis Bake Off.
Steph has worked on both M&A and Due Diligence projects across numerous industries including industrials, business services, healthcare and transport & logistics.

East Anglia based Weeting Tyres has been acquired by Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK (Goodyear). Orbis Partners provided both acquisition support and financial due diligence for the deal, reporting into the UK management and the US M&A team for Goodyear.
Orbis Partners hosted a Business Workshop for students taking part in the Young Enterprise Company Programme, a voluntary scheme where student groups create their own company from scratch, helping to build employability and life skills to help students succeed in their future careers.
