Steve Nock

Steve joined Orbis in October 2013 following three years in the restructuring team at Grant Thornton LLP where he qualified as a chartered accountant. Whilst in restructuring, he focused primarily on business reviews and recovery work, including accelerated business sales across a wide range of business sectors.

Steve’s corporate finance experience has seen him involved in a number of transactions including disposals, capital raising and MBOs across a variety of sectors.  He has particular expertise and knowledge of the food & consumer and healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining Orbis, Steve studied Business at the University of Bath which included a year working within Baker Tilly corporate finance and Tyco International’s six sigma team. Steve won the Midlands Young Dealmaker of the Year award in 2018.
