Tom has over fifteen years of corporate finance experience leading deals across a wide range of sectors. He has advised on disposals, acquisitions, management buy-outs, fundraises and shareholder restructures working with owner-managed business, corporates and private equity.
Tom joined Orbis in 2018 following 6 years at Odyssey Corporate Finance, a Birmingham-based boutique.
In addition to his work within corporate finance, Tom previously was nominated to be chairman of the Bristol Institute of Directors, representing the wider business community a range of policy and business issues in the press and in organisations such as the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
East Anglia based Weeting Tyres has been acquired by Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK (Goodyear). Orbis Partners provided both acquisition support and financial due diligence for the deal, reporting into the UK management and the US M&A team for Goodyear.
