Tom McCarthy

Tom has over fifteen years of corporate finance experience leading deals across a wide range of sectors.  He has advised on disposals, acquisitions, management buy-outs, fundraises and shareholder restructures working with owner-managed businesses, corporates and private equity.

Tom joined Orbis in 2018 following 6 years at Odyssey Corporate Finance, a Birmingham-based boutique.

In addition to his work within corporate finance, Tom previously was nominated to be chairman of the Bristol Institute of Directors, representing the wider business community on a range of policy and business issues in the press and in organisations such as the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
