Harps joined Orbis in October 2021 with 25 years new business experience in financial services.
The last 14 years saw him delivering Asset Based Finance solutions to mid-market companies requiring refinancing, restructuring, growth and transactional funding for a number of leading banks & asset-based lenders.
Following university, Harps spent 5 years with Lloyds Bank on a retail management training program before working with Barclays and then Lombard within Corporate Asset Finance for seven years in direct sales roles.
