Orbis Partners have recently advised on the sale of debt collection agency Commercial Collection Services Limited (CCS) to the management team.
Commercial Collection Services Limited (CCS) was established in the 1970’s and is a leading provider of specialist consumer, commercial, litigation, tracing and field services. CCS work with a variety of clients including a number of government departments, utilities, and debt purchasers.
I am delighted to have concluded this discreet process for the shareholders of CCS. Having been absent from the business for some time, it was important that the shareholders had an experienced team supporting them through the process.
The experience that Orbis have provided, through completing a number of deals in the debt collection sector, was invaluable in guiding us through a complicated deal process.
