James has over 25 years experience as a dealmaker, financier, and investor. He uses this experience to provide strategic advice to clients and leads our investment arm, Intrinsic Equity.
Shah has over 20 years of corporate finance experience and leads the TMT and healthcare sectors for Orbis.
Tom joined the team in 2018 and has over fifteen years of corporate finance experience leading deals across a wide range of sectors.

Toby joined the team in 2001. His work focusses on MBOs, MBIs and BIMBOs across a wide range of industry sectors, working closely with management teams in owner managed businesses.
Steve joined Orbis Partners in 2013. His corporate finance experience has seen him involved in a number of transactions including disposals, capital raising and MBOs across a variety of sectors.
Peter joined the team in 2019 and has over eight years of experience within the financial services sector.
Nick joined Orbis in 2016. His corporate finance experience has seen him manage a number of transactions across the TMT, business services and consumer sectors.

Liam is responsible for providing transaction support, research and financial analysis for Orbis transactions in addition to assisting with Orbis’ investment and restructuring activities.
Adam is responsible for providing transaction support, research and financial analysis for Orbis transactions in addition to assisting on various projects such as Due Diligence work.
Meghan joined Orbis in January 2022 following 3 years’ experience in corporate finance where she gained transaction experience with Healthcare, Business Services and Technology businesses.
As part of the Orbis analyst team, Tom is responsible for a wide range of research of research projects as well as providing transaction support to the wider team.

Harps joined Orbis in October 2021 with 25 years new business experience in financial services.
Vicki joined the team in 2018. Vicki has worked on a number of acquisitions for funds and individual investors, sometimes culminating in managing the sale transaction too.
Helen is the office manager and PA to the partners. She also assists the rest of the Orbis team with secretarial duties.
