Shah Zaki
Shah is a founding partner of Orbis and has over 20 years of corporate finance experience.
Shah has advised both public and private companies on a range of transactions including deal structure, strategy, acquisitions, disposals and fund-raising. He also has considerable experience in cross-border transactions.
Shah leads the healthcare and TMT sectors for Orbis, working closely with our international sector teams. He also has experience across a range of other sectors.
Prior to joining corporate finance, Shah trained as a chartered accountant. He also spent several years undertaking business reviews on behalf of banks and advising on corporate restructuring.
