Established in 1989, Clifford House is the largest provider in the West Midlands of residential care services for children with special needs. Orbis Partners were appointed to sell Clifford House.
Progress Care is a leading specialist education and care provider, supporting children and young adults with high acuity learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. Orbis identified strategic buyers who could further develop the core service proposition further.
SACCS is a specialist care services business, providing residential therapeutic treatments for young children who have suffered early life traumas including neglect, sexual, physical and mental abuse. When Orbis was introduced to the shareholder, the company had low occupancy as a result of a reduction in local authority placements due to the economic downturn.
